The Diamond T Torque Converter for GM (2006-20) 4.8/5.3/6.0/6.2L Gas 6L80, 6L80E & 6L90 (GS066L) is built for customers who need a stronger replacement for the common factory converter used behind a wide range of GM gas engines. Designed for GM applications using the 6L80, 6L80E, and 6L90 transmissions, this 12.5" converter features a 36 spline input, 1.703" pilot diameter, and a non-flanged hub with 1.834" slots.

To help correct well-known OEM failure issues, this converter is upgraded with improved clutch capacity and a billet front cover. That combination provides added strength, better durability, and more dependable lockup performance than a stock-style unit, making it a solid choice for towing, hauling, daily driving, and performance-oriented street use.

With 3 stepped mounting pads, 10mm x 1.5 threads, and an 11" bolt circle, GS066L is configured to fit a broad range of GM cars, trucks, vans, and SUVs from 2006 through 2020.
