Diamond T Enterprises Warranty Policy

At Diamond T Enterprises, we stand by the quality of our products. Our warranty covers torque converters against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a lifetime. Below are the terms of our warranty policy:

Coverage: This warranty applies to torque converters purchased from authorized dealers. It covers defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use.

Claim Process: To process a warranty claim, customers must provide the following:

• Original invoice number
• Date of purchase
• Reason for the claim

Shipping and Inspection: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. It is highly recommended to insure the shipment for its full value, as Diamond T Enterprises is not liable for lost packages. The torque converter must be sent to our facility for inspection. During this process, the converter will be cut open for assessment.

Outcome of Inspection:

• If the failure is determined to be covered under warranty, a replacement torque converter will be provided at no charge.
• If the product is found not to be covered, Diamond T Enterprises will contact the customer with options.

Exclusions: This warranty is void if:

• The product has been improperly installed, damaged, neglected, or misused.
• The product has been dismantled, altered, or repaired by the customer or any third party.
