Q: Where do I send my core?

You will need to contact the dealer you purchased the product from. Your dealer might have you send it back to them or directly to us. You will need to check with them to insure that you get refunded as soon as possible. You shipping your core, you should put insurance on the package to protect you if it should get lost or damaged during shipping. Make sure to include a copy of your order documentation (ie: Packing List, Order Confirmation, or Invoice) so that we know who the refund should go to. If you are sending a pump or torque converter core, you must drain the fluid out as much as possible. Your dealer will be your point of contact on the status of your core return. Q: How do I return my product?

Returns should be processed through the dealer you purchased the product from. Your dealer will then contact us so that we can create an RMA number for your shipment. Your dealer will be your point of contact on the status of your return.
